It is highly recommended that the orifice of the nozzle be checked regularly. Once the orifice wears and becomes too large, the compressor has to work harder to maintain the correct pressure for blasting, this can cause damage to your compressor and blaster. We stock a wide range of different nozzles with different sizes designed for your specific application.

Blast and air hose should be checked weekly for leaks and excessive wear, especially around their couplings. If worn couplings or soft spots on the hosing are found, they should be replaced immediately to reduce risk of injury to the operator. Our blast hose is exceptionally tough and abrasion resistant and can be used with any type or size blasting media.

Blast helmet visors become frosted and pitted frequently during operation due to ricocheting abrasive. Most helmets use a 3 piece design where tear off visors will protect the outer visor and the outer visor protects the inner visor. Tear off visors allow quick visor change for minimal downtime and provide protection to the outer visor maximise visibility.
